Our Early Talent Programs

Leadership Development Programs

Accelerate your career through our two-year programs featuring rotational assignments across critical company functions. All programs include executive exposure, professional development, cross-functional collaboration, and meaningful, high-impact projects.

Available Programs:

Commercial Sales

Seller mentorship, diverse business exposure, value-based sales training, industry training, shadowing program, and broad business team experience.

Finance

Four 6-month rotations with potential assignments in Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Business Unit Finance. International assignment opportunities available.

Marketing

Multiple marketing discipline exposure including Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, Product Management, and Industry Marketing. Customized career path with business unit and corporate exposure.

Information Technology

Multiple IT team rotations covering Systems Implementations, Acquisition Integrations, Project Management, and Process Design & Improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Operational Excellence

Two-year program with multiple project-based functional exposures, international rotation opportunities, Lean Six Sigma certification, and executive mentoring. Internal consultant role with projects that add business value.

Engineering

Multiple rotations with Lean Six Sigma culture, capital projects, systems development, and change management experience. Focus on high performance capability with challenging and value-add engineering project activity.

Technology/Research & Development

Multiple rotational assignments across R&D teams and locations including Corporate Technology, Color Additives & Inks, Specialty Engineered Materials, and Composites in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

Supply Chain

Rotational projects in supply chain & demand planning, logistics, procurement, customer service, and data analysis.

Environmental, Health & Safety

Manufacturing EH&S projects focused on improving workplace safety and environmental performance.

Co-Op Program

Apply classroom concepts in a real-world manufacturing setting through 2-3 rotations at different Avient sites. Gain broad exposure to operations while working on impactful engineering and technical projects.
