PolyOne Expands Specialty Color Portfolio with Rutland Acquisition

CLEVELAND, June 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- PolyOne Corporation (NYSE: POL) today announced the acquisition of Rutland Holding Company, expanding the company's portfolio of specialty color, additives and inks solutions. Rutland specializes in customized formulations for consumer applications and is widely recognized as an industry leader in screen printing inks for the apparel market.
