Multiple IT team rotations covering Systems Implementations, Acquisition Integrations, Project Management, and Process Design & Improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Two-year program with multiple project-based functional exposures, international rotation opportunities, Lean Six Sigma certification, and executive mentoring. Internal consultant role with projects that add business value.
Multiple rotations with Lean Six Sigma culture, capital projects, systems development, and change management experience. Focus on high performance capability with challenging and value-add engineering project activity.
Multiple rotational assignments across R&D teams and locations including Corporate Technology, Color Additives & Inks, Specialty Engineered Materials, and Composites in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
Rotational projects in supply chain & demand planning, logistics, procurement, customer service, and data analysis.
Manufacturing EH&S projects focused on improving workplace safety and environmental performance.
Apply classroom concepts in a real-world manufacturing setting through 2-3 rotations at different Avient sites. Gain broad exposure to operations while working on impactful engineering and technical projects.
